Temporary service adjustment due to coronavirus outbreak in China

Dear customer,

In light of the grave concerns raised by the Wuhan coronavirus outbreak, and with cases confirmed in countries that we operate in, we regret to inform you that a number of lounges in the country have been temporarily closed as a precautionary measure to protect the health and safety of travellers and staff.

Services in the Asia Pacific region are subject to interruption, change or closure at short notice. We will be endeavouring to provide customers with the most up to date information as the situation progresses. We strongly advise that cardholders should check the DragonPass app before attempting to visit a lounge within the region.
